Admission Requirements and Application Form

Students are required to possess a Masters degree from a nationally or regionally accredited university in order to be admitted to the Ph.D. program and a Bachelor’s degree from a nationally or regionally accredited university in order to be admitted to the MBA program.
Transfer Credits Policy
 For post graduate studies (MBA and Ph.D. Programs) CCWUM awards credits for courses completed elsewhere as well as for experiential leaning according to the policies and guidelines on transfer credits. Application Procedure:
i.
Fill out the CCWUM application form and submit it with attachments according to the instructions on the form. Click on the “Download” link below “Application Form” and download the form, then  fill out the form and send it as an email attachment to [email protected] or or use the P.O. Box below if you would like to send a hard copy.


ii.
If you meet the minimum requirement, you will be notified of the next steps in processing your application.


iii.
Copies of educational documents (official transcripts) will be needed when admitted


iv.
One passport size photo to be attached to the application form
